What is Your Behavioural Style?

Validated research going back as far as Hypocrites circa 400BC gives us the answer - it has been proven beyond doubt that there are four dominant behavioural styles and each one of these four styles has a very distinct pattern of observable behaviour. The good news is that, once you understand these patterns, you have the key to unlocking your ability to get along with nearly everyone.

Completing the FREE self-assessment Questionnaire below will identify your dominant behavioural style as well as revealing to you some of your style's strengths and weaknesses. The Questionnaire will take only 3-5 minutes to complete and you will learn “what makes you tick”.   3. There are 18 pairs of statements in the Questionnaire.
  4. Read each pair of statements (left side and right side).
  5. Decide which statement (left or right) best describes you in the area of your life you selected above.
  6. Decide to what degree that statement describes you and click on the appropriate description under that statement.
  7. Note, you must choose one response under each of the 18 Questions.
  8. Don’t dwell on any Question for too long. The entire Questionnaire should take you no more than five minutes to complete.
